Spectators: 7358 (Terracing: 5519, Seating: 1692, VIP seats: 147) Radomil Gurgul blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eugeniusz Waselewicz having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mieszko Domarecki during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The goalkeeper, Eugeniusz Waselewicz, was totally fooled by Niemojewice's Ulryk Rykaczewski, who 7 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After 12 played minutes Niemojewice got a freekick which was hit by Jan Chrobak. 18 minutes in the game, Borys Podolski fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Eugeniusz Waselewicz having to interfere. Radomil Gurgul might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eugeniusz Waselewicz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Radomil Gurgul ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 26th minute Borys Podolski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugeniusz Waselewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 28th play minutes Radomil Gurgul shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Eugeniusz Waselewicz and just under the crossbar into goal. Eugeniusz Waselewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Borys Podolski in the 32nd minute of play. Borys Podolski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Borys Podolski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Eugeniusz Waselewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Real Matryt's Eugeniusz Waselewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Borys Podolski in the 42nd minute of play. Borys Podolski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Eugeniusz Waselewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 48th minute, Zula Kaminski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Real Matryt fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Borys Podolski was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th match minute, FC Real Matryt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zula Kaminski to maneuver through the defense. Leon Jaszynski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Brian McTom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the game, Niemojewice's Borys Podolski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eugeniusz Waselewicz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Borys Podolski in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugeniusz Waselewicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Borys Podolski in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eugeniusz Waselewicz saved FC Real Matryt from getting behind. Aleksander Czeberowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugeniusz Waselewicz having to interfere. Eugeniusz Waselewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Borys Podolski, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 87th minute, Borys Podolski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eugeniusz Waselewicz was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. 95 minutes into the match, FC Real Matryt's goal looked a bit too open when Borys Podolski came free, but Eugeniusz Waselewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
