They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tobiasz Trochowski to make the kick off. Dariusz Polkoski took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roland Dobrzechowski. Roland Dobrzechowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Roland Dobrzechowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobiasz Trochowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lech Chodzinski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind KCG Mansfield's goalkeeper Roland Dobrzechowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Roland Dobrzechowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lech Chodzinski in the 70th minute. If Tobiasz Trochowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Janusz Osowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konrad Mochowak, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 94th minute, Lech Chodzinski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roland Dobrzechowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. When the match was over Margareth could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than KCG Mansfield throughout the match.
