GLADIUS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafal Zatorski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roland Dobrzechowski came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by GLADIUS's Mikolaj Huk. The tension between the KCG Mansfield and the GLADIUS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, KCG Mansfield's Klement Bury got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After having played for 24 minutes, Czeslaw Rakowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GLADIUS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Czeslaw Rakowicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Czeslaw Rakowicz in the 25th minute of play forced KCG Mansfield's goalkeeper Roland Dobrzechowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Konrad Mochowak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Waclaw Latkiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Czeslaw Rakowicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Roland Dobrzechowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 43 minutes into the game, Czeslaw Rakowicz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Roland Dobrzechowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bogumil Kinic sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half GLADIUS were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Czeslaw Rakowicz made the kick off in the second half. Czeslaw Rakowicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roland Dobrzechowski made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Boruc Mudry sent off a good shot on target. After 58 played minutes KCG Mansfield got a freekick which was hit by Klement Bury. Czeslaw Rakowicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mikolaj Huk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Dobrzechowski having to interfere. With a little luck, KCG Mansfield's Roland Dobrzechowski got control of the ball when Czeslaw Rakowicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Czeslaw Rakowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 66 minutes, Mikolaj Huk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GLADIUS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikolaj Huk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Czeslaw Rakowicz got free with Roland Dobrzechowski in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Czeslaw Rakowicz was extremely unlucky when he, in the 73rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Roland Dobrzechowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boruc Mudry, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Boruc Mudry recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Roland Dobrzechowski. Boruc Mudry showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Boruc Mudry fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Dobrzechowski having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in KCG Mansfield's zone, Czeslaw Rakowicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roland Dobrzechowski came out of the goal and Czeslaw Rakowicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 85 minutes, Mikolaj Huk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GLADIUS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikolaj Huk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th minute of the match, Czeslaw Rakowicz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Roland Dobrzechowski was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 92nd minute, KCG Mansfield's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Czeslaw Rakowicz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With a little luck, KCG Mansfield's Roland Dobrzechowski got control of the ball when Czeslaw Rakowicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle sounded GLADIUS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than KCG Mansfield.
