Waclaw Latkiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Juroszek in the 4th minute of the match. Zdzislaw Ratulowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boruc Mudry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Waclaw Latkiewicz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adam Juroszek's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute, Andrzej Kowalski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the match, Kotorów SA's Adam Juroszek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Waclaw Latkiewicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartlomiej Huchro in the 20th minute of play forced GLADIUS's goalkeeper Waclaw Latkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, GLADIUS's goal looked a bit too open when Bartlomiej Huchro came free, but Waclaw Latkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adam Juroszek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Waclaw Latkiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the game, Bartlomiej Huchro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Waclaw Latkiewicz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Adam Juroszek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Waclaw Latkiewicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Bartlomiej Huchro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Waclaw Latkiewicz was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Waclaw Latkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartlomiej Huchro in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Boruc Mudry made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in GLADIUS's zone, Bartlomiej Huchro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Waclaw Latkiewicz came out of the goal and Bartlomiej Huchro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Czeslaw Rakowicz in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zdzislaw Ratulowski saved Kotorów SA from getting behind. Zdzislaw Ratulowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boruc Mudry, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute Boruc Mudry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zdzislaw Ratulowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, GLADIUS's Czeslaw Rakowicz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zdzislaw Ratulowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Adam Juroszek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mikolaj Huk hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Zdzislaw Ratulowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Czeslaw Rakowicz went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Czeslaw Rakowicz in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zdzislaw Ratulowski saved Kotorów SA from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Boruc Mudry managed to get in a good position for a shot. GLADIUS's supporters rose to their feet, but Boruc Mudry was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zdzislaw Ratulowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. GLADIUS's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
