Legia 3 Warszawa's Boguslaw Lizewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliusz Mroczynski in the 2nd minute of play. Jakub Burufski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robert Gierlach kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Boguslaw Lizewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Gierlach in the 10th minute of the match. In the 16th minute Klement Brudzisz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulryk Sniegowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Legia 3 Warszawa's supporters rose to their feet, but Dariusz Buczak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulryk Sniegowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 19th minute, Aureliusz Mroczynski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Robert Gierlach kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Dariusz Buczak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Ulryk Sniegowski made a huge save. Ulryk Sniegowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dariusz Buczak in the 32nd minute. Klement Brudzisz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulryk Sniegowski having to interfere. Dariusz Buczak's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Ulryk Sniegowski skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 42nd minute, Legia 3 Warszawa's Klement Brudzisz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ulryk Sniegowski. Ulryk Sniegowski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ulryk Sniegowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klement Brudzisz in the 46th minute of the match. If Dariusz Buczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Radomir Pietras to make the kick off. Aureliusz Mroczynski succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 57th playminute. Ulryk Sniegowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dariusz Buczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 67 minutes into the game, one of Lechia Gdańsk:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Przemyslaw Kazimierz hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Aureliusz Mroczynski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 82 minutes, Klement Brudzisz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Legia 3 Warszawa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Klement Brudzisz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ulryk Sniegowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dariusz Buczak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ulryk Sniegowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klement Brudzisz in the 85th minute of play. Dariusz Buczak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 89 minutes into the match, Lechia Gdańsk's goal looked a bit too open when Dariusz Buczak came free, but Ulryk Sniegowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 102nd minute, Dariusz Buczak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Legia 3 Warszawa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. When the referee ended the match the Legia 3 Warszawa players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
