Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Boczków's Florian Korytkowski started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Teobald Nowacki came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by KS Sokół Katowice's Ziemowit Michnik. But to his dismay, Ziemowit Michnik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ziemowit Michnik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teobald Nowacki having to interfere. Karol Charlap fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radoslaw Cieliczka having to interfere. Ziemowit Debowy struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Teobald Nowacki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KS Sokół Katowice. In the 16th minute Ziemowit Michnik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teobald Nowacki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot by Edward Falkiewicz from long distance, 19 minutes into the match, got Radoslaw Cieliczka's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 21st match minute, Boczków was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edward Falkiewicz to maneuver through the defense. Ziemowit Debowy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Teobald Nowacki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Boczków getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Hieronim Lewkowicz hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Ziemowit Michnik managed to get in a good position for a shot. KS Sokół Katowice's supporters rose to their feet, but Ziemowit Michnik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teobald Nowacki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The wind increased when Ziemowit Michnik made the kick off in the second half. Radoslaw Cieliczka stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karol Charlap's shot from short distance in the 55th minute.
