Kleszczyn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michal Rakowicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Olgierd Pinczewski came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Kleszczyn's Krzysztof Cempa. But to his dismay, Krzysztof Cempa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Kleszczyn's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
