Robert Iwaszko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hieronim Kendra having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Robert Iwaszko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wróbel Wrocław's supporters rose to their feet, but Robert Iwaszko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hieronim Kendra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kazimierz Marchlewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Radomil Piatek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmund Banaszak in the 24th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Robert Iwaszko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Wróbel Wrocław getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Witalis Jeziorkowski hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gustaw Mitus to strike the kick off in the second half. Kazimierz Marchlewicz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hieronim Kendra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. After some careless play in the KS Krakowiaki defense, Kazimierz Marchlewicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hieronim Kendra. The KS Krakowiaki fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hieronim Kendra should have stopped the shot. Robert Iwaszko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Hieronim Kendra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kazimierz Marchlewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Wróbel Wrocław booed when KS Krakowiaki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kazimierz Pusiak didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Robert Iwaszko came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Wróbel Wrocław fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robert Iwaszko couldn't finish the play. 96 minutes into the match, KS Krakowiaki's goal looked a bit too open when Kazimierz Marchlewicz came free, but Hieronim Kendra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Wróbel Wrocław had played much better football throughout.
