In the 14th minute, Grzegorz Wicherek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Tymoteusz Pawelczyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 20 minutes, Lucjan Gacki made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Zatyki's Bernard Sowa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 23rd minute, Hieronim Kosowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernard Sowa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute Lucjan Gacki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Sowa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Zatyki defense, Tymoteusz Pawelczyk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernard Sowa. The Zatyki fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernard Sowa should have stopped the shot. Lucjan Gacki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wajsznory's Lucjan Gacki got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Wajsznory getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Daniel Gdaniec hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucjan Gacki made a kick off. Lucjan Gacki might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernard Sowa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucjan Gacki ran back to his position shaking his head. Hieronim Kosowski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Iwo Szkaradek came out and tried to block the shot, but Hieronim Kosowski slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 56th minute. The supporters of Wajsznory booed when Zatyki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomasz Oborski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 61 played minutes Sylwester Szarmach shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Zatyki's Bernard Sowa to catch but Sylwester Szarmach was lucky. It became 3-1 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. Lucjan Gacki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernard Sowa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucjan Gacki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute Lucjan Gacki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Sowa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iwo Szkaradek made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Hieronim Kosowski sent off a good shot on target. Lucjan Gacki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernard Sowa having to interfere. Hieronim Kosowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iwo Szkaradek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Bernard Sowa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tymoteusz Pawelczyk in the 92nd minute of play. Hieronim Kosowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Iwo Szkaradek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dobromir Glembin hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
