Spectators: 7267 (Terracing: 5452, Seating: 1671, VIP seats: 144) GKS Sójcze's Stanislaw Dombrowski started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Wasyl Duda took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edward Kendra. Edward Kendra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When KP Tomasovia's Teofil Danisiewicz in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GKS Sójcze's goalie prevented a goal. When Kacper Dynda fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GKS Sójcze's protests and gave Kacper Dynda a yellow card for diving instead. After 14 played minutes GKS Sójcze got a freekick which was hit by Kacper Dynda. After having played for 16 minutes, Jerzy Majkowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GKS Sójcze's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerzy Majkowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Wasyl Duda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 24th minute Leon Nieruchliwy suffered a knee injury and had to be helped off the field. Bartosz Gomolka charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bartosz Gomolka the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, GKS Sójcze's Bartosz Gomolka got a free kick in the 25th minute. If Lech Wieczorek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrzej Klewinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stanislaw Dombrowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stanislaw Dombrowski struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Andrzej Klewinski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GKS Sójcze. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wasyl Duda made a kick off. KP Tomasovia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Stanislaw Dombrowski scored to the left of an out of position Andrzej Klewinski, making the score, 1-1. 65 minutes into the match, GKS Sójcze's goal looked a bit too open when Wasyl Duda came free, but Edward Kendra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute, Beniamin Bryk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wasyl Duda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edward Kendra having to interfere. Andrzej Klewinski came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by GKS Sójcze's Jerzy Majkowski. But to his dismay, Jerzy Majkowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in KP Tomasovia's zone, Stanislaw Dombrowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andrzej Klewinski came out of the goal and Stanislaw Dombrowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Stanislaw Dombrowski came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the GKS Sójcze fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stanislaw Dombrowski couldn't finish the play. The supporters of GKS Sójcze booed when KP Tomasovia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Piotr Odachowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 96 minutes into the match, GKS Sójcze's Mieszko Dylla broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The KP Tomasovia supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching GKS Sójcze's performance. The match ended with a win for GKS Sójcze.
