Spectators: 7182 (Terracing: 5363, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jakub Tomaszewski started the match with the kick off. Jonik's Witalis Balkiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakub Tomaszewski in the 3rd minute of play. In the 8th match minute, Jonik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludomir Podwojski to maneuver through the defense. Jakub Tomaszewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Aureliusz Oryl managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jonik's supporters rose to their feet, but Aureliusz Oryl was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ziemowit Gotfryd breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 20 minutes into the game, Antoni Bartelak recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ziemowit Gotfryd. Antoni Bartelak showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 23 minutes into the match, Jakub Tomaszewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Witalis Balkiewicz. Jonik's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jakub Tomaszewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Ziemowit Gotfryd made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aureliusz Oryl in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gwidon Hendzel in the 39th minute of play forced Jonik's goalkeeper Witalis Balkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Feliks Zawada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antoni Bartelak to strike the kick off in the second half. Witalis Balkiewicz made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Gwidon Hendzel sent off a good shot on target. Szymon Gondela charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Szymon Gondela the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The Tigers Mysłowice's Gwidon Hendzel got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antoni Bartelak in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ziemowit Gotfryd prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Antoni Bartelak struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Ziemowit Gotfryd didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jonik. 88 minutes into the match, Jonik's goal looked a bit too open when Jakub Tomaszewski came free, but Witalis Balkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Gwidon Hendzel put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Witalis Balkiewicz. Ziemowit Gotfryd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antoni Bartelak in the 93rd minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
