In the 19th minute, Florian Pyczkowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 21 minutes, Norbert Tylinski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. With an all-out effort, Guido Zabrze's Marcin Kieca threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Florian Pyczkowski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when Norbert Tylinski got free with Marcin Kieca in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Guido Zabrze's Stasio Majorski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mieszko Miodek in the 27th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Mieszko Miodek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Borys Pluciennik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 39 played minutes Rozbitówka got a freekick which was hit by Krzysztof Gurgul. Guido Zabrze's Stasio Majorski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Krzysztof Gurgul in the 46th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mieszko Miodek to strike the kick off in the second half. Marcin Kieca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Pyczkowski in the 52nd minute of play. Mieszko Miodek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the game, Guido Zabrze's Norbert Tylinski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcin Kieca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. If Mieszko Miodek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Igor Joks fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guido Zabrze's protests and gave Igor Joks a yellow card for diving instead. Mieszko Miodek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Stasio Majorski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The long shot by Gwidon Frankowski in the 78th minute really tested Stasio Majorski's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. A collision led to Guido Zabrze getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Igor Joks hit a great ball. After 83 played minutes Guido Zabrze got a freekick which was hit by Igor Joks. If Borys Pluciennik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, Guido Zabrze could leave the field as winners, despite Rozbitówka having more of the ball for most of the match.
