Wojtusie Sosnowiec's Wincent Puszynski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmund Zieba in the 27th minute of play. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Edmund Zieba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pogon Szczecin's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmund Zieba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wincent Puszynski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 63rd minute, Edmund Zieba left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pogon Szczecin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Bartosz Jajecznica recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bartosz Jajecznica received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Wincent Puszynski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Kacper Gierasik fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wojtusie Sosnowiec's protests and gave Kacper Gierasik a yellow card for diving instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmund Zieba got free with Wincent Puszynski in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zachary Sokolski charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 85th minute Bartosz Jajecznica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincent Puszynski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Wojtusie Sosnowiec's Wincent Puszynski got control of the ball when Edmund Zieba tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wincent Puszynski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartosz Jajecznica in the 95th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Pogon Szczecin left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Wojtusie Sosnowiec.
