In the 28th match minute, Neumittelwalde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marian Bierfass to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, FC Pinturicchio's Roland Wodaszak tried to score from far away in the 29th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Juliusz Kalak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Janusz Misiorowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juliusz Kalak in the 36th minute of the match. If Jan Walkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Juliusz Kalak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Janusz Misiorowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Juliusz Kalak took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Janusz Misiorowski to make any attempt to save it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Juliusz Kalak made a kick off. In the 55th minute Ryszard Domaracki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaw Czerny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dawid Kochowski during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. FC Pinturicchio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ryszard Domaracki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 66 minutes into the game, Jan Walkowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Neumittelwalde's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Pinturicchio the free kick. Cezary Pluciennik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Janusz Misiorowski having to interfere. After 79 played minutes Neumittelwalde got a freekick which was hit by Klement Sidorowicz. In the 84th minute, Filip Skonieczny had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After a defensive mix-up in FC Pinturicchio's zone, Cezary Pluciennik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Janusz Misiorowski came out of the goal and Cezary Pluciennik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arkadiusz Cwojdak struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Gustaw Czerny didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Pinturicchio. Klement Skonieczny sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Ryszard Domaracki took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Gustaw Czerny to make any attempt to save it. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the FC Pinturicchio players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
