Tadeusz Bara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Waclaw Pusiak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Waclaw Pusiak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeusz Bara in the 27th minute of the match. Wawrzyniec Mosiniak hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Piotr Domarecki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beniamin Pietrowski in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 52nd minute, Tadeusz Bara reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Waclaw Pusiak. The goal made the score 1-2. Piotr Domarecki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Beniamin Pietrowski's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. In the 59th minute Beniamin Pietrowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Piotr Domarecki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wawrzyniec Mosiniak who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Waclaw Pusiak when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeusz Bara in the 65th minute of play forced LZS PODOLE's goalkeeper Waclaw Pusiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tobiasz Skikiewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Michal Blochowiak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Virtus Warszawa's Wawrzyniec Mosiniak got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 75 minutes into the game, Dariusz Pazura was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LZS PODOLE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Virtus Warszawa the free kick. If Wawrzyniec Mosiniak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michal Blochowiak couldn't finish the play. LZS PODOLE's Waclaw Pusiak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeusz Bara in the 94th minute of play. Waclaw Pusiak made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Wawrzyniec Mosiniak sent off a good shot on target.
