The audience thought a goal was coming when Radoslaw Pilarczyk got free with Radomil Gdaniec in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 11 minutes into the match, WKS Posmyk's goal looked a bit too open when Olaf Drozdowski came free, but Czeslaw Pawelczyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd match minute, Van Gogh CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roch Piatek to maneuver through the defense. Miromir Jurgiel hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After 27 played minutes Van Gogh CF got a freekick which was hit by Dariusz Dres. In the 30th minute of the match Feliks Glapiak shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Radomil Gdaniec showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Edward Zdrojewski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Radomil Gdaniec, 1-0. Edward Zdrojewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Czeslaw Pawelczyk made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Dariusz Dres sent off a good shot on target. When Olaf Drozdowski came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Van Gogh CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olaf Drozdowski couldn't finish the play. In the 65th minute Olaf Drozdowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Czeslaw Pawelczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edward Zdrojewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radomil Gdaniec having to interfere. Dariusz Dres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Czeslaw Pawelczyk having to interfere. After a rather tough play, WKS Posmyk's Radoslaw Pilarczyk got a free kick in the 79th minute. Czeslaw Pawelczyk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dariusz Dres in the 80th minute. Czeslaw Pawelczyk came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Van Gogh CF's Dariusz Dres. But to his dismay, Dariusz Dres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Through an outstanding action, after 86 minutes, Czeslaw Pawelczyk successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Roch Piatek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. WKS Posmyk's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
