Tanek Gierlach took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Edgar Pieprz. FC Piłat's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jerzy Jarosiewicz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 5thth minute tested the skills of Edgar Pieprz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Cyprian Zdrojewski was extremely unlucky when he, in the 8th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a rather tough play, FC Piłat's Feliks Banach got a free kick in the 15th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cyprian Zdrojewski in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgar Pieprz saved FC Piłat from getting behind. Adam Bielatowicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Stefan Mondrowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stefan Mondrowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Bielatowicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Edgar Pieprz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jerzy Jarosiewicz in the 26th minute. 32 minutes into the game, FC Piłat's Adam Bielatowicz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stefan Mondrowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. If Cyprian Zdrojewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Czelsi De Blus's Edgar Pieprz threw himself towards the right post 41 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cyprian Zdrojewski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 48th minute Cyprian Zdrojewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Pieprz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cyprian Zdrojewski made a kick off. Tobiasz Wielopolski kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cyprian Zdrojewski in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgar Pieprz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in FC Piłat's zone, Cyprian Zdrojewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Pieprz came out of the goal and Cyprian Zdrojewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 73rd minute, Cyprian Zdrojewski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Szczepan Limanowski's late challenge caught a FC Piłat's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Szczepan Limanowski helped the player get up and apologised. After 81 minutes, Gwidon Olejniczak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Czelsi De Blus and the FC Piłat players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match had been going on for 83 minutes, FC Piłat's Tolek Cempa got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Stefan Mondrowski. Remigiusz Werra took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Stefan Mondrowski. Czelsi De Blus's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 92 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Czelsi De Blus!
