With a little luck, Chylice's Wit Buczak got control of the ball when Feliks Banach tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 7 minutes, Boguslaw Wojtkiewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Piłat's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boguslaw Wojtkiewicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, FC Piłat's Wlodzimierz Dynda got a free kick in the 10th minute. Klement Pacholewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Pieprz having to interfere. Klement Pacholewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 14 minutes, Jakub Dobrowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chylice's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jakub Dobrowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edgar Pieprz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakub Dobrowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Zachariasz Pilipiec charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zachariasz Pilipiec the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 23 minutes into the match, Chylice's goalkeeper Wit Buczak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wieslaw Konieczny. Jakub Dobrowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute, Jakub Dobrowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edgar Pieprz came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Chylice's Klement Pacholewski. But to his dismay, Klement Pacholewski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 33rd minute Klement Pacholewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Pieprz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Klement Pacholewski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgar Pieprz having to make a save. FC Piłat's Wieslaw Konieczny got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 45 minutes of play, Chylice's Klement Pacholewski made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgar Pieprz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adam Bielatowicz to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wieslaw Konieczny in the 54th minute of play forced Chylice's goalkeeper Wit Buczak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Klement Pacholewski might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edgar Pieprz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Klement Pacholewski ran back to his position shaking his head. Wit Buczak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wieslaw Konieczny in the 58th minute of play. If Wieslaw Konieczny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgar Pieprz was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Klement Pacholewski capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Klement Pacholewski really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wieslaw Konieczny in the 80th minute of play forced Chylice's goalkeeper Wit Buczak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of FC Piłat booed when Chylice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jakub Dobrowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tadeusz Kluczyk's late challenge caught a FC Piłat's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tadeusz Kluczyk helped the player get up and apologised. Klement Pacholewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Edgar Pieprz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, FC Piłat's goalkeeper Edgar Pieprz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jakub Dobrowski. Tobiasz Wielopolski hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Chylice's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Waclaw Zdeb in the 98th minute. The Chylice supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Chylice would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
