The referee ignored Zyga Oslo's protests and gave Wieslaw Golota a yellow card for diving instead. Wieslaw Golota hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Bogumil Dzierwa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Waldemar Rydzyk in the 19th minute. In the 23rd minute of the match, Ludomir Paraszczuk tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bogumil Dzierwa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Zbyszek Biraga might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bogumil Dzierwa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zbyszek Biraga was extremely unlucky when he, in the 34th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Bogumil Dzierwa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldemar Rydzyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Nikodemów's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
