The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karol Olchowy during the 3rd minute. Pancerny Rower SSA's Ludomil Modrzewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Pancerny Rower SSA from getting a goal against them. Ludomil Modrzewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Szczepan Rosiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 11 played minutes Błękitni Orneta got a freekick which was hit by Szczepan Rosiewicz. Wincenty Ledochowski kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the game, Iwan Latkiewicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Błękitni Orneta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pancerny Rower SSA the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Szczepan Rosiewicz in the 24th minute of play forced Pancerny Rower SSA's goalkeeper Ludomil Modrzewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ziemowit Gaszynski hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, Szczepan Rosiewicz fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Szczepan Rosiewicz in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ludomil Modrzewski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Błękitni Orneta's Szczepan Rosiewicz in the 36th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Ludomil Modrzewski was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Pancerny Rower SSA through an amazing save. The crowd rose to their feet as Dariusz Rojewski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ludomil Modrzewski. That made the score 2-1 in the 37 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Dariusz Rojewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Błękitni Orneta's supporters rose to their feet, but Dariusz Rojewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ludomil Modrzewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jerzy Latocha made a kick off. Dariusz Rojewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. In the 87th minute Dariusz Rojewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludomil Modrzewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ludomil Modrzewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Szczepan Rosiewicz in the 88th minute of the match. If Dariusz Rojewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dariusz Rojewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludomil Modrzewski having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
