An unexpectedly hard shot by Leszek Psotka in the 10th minute of play forced Ghipczyce SA's goalkeeper Jurand Tscherner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teofil Dylla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zenon Bury, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Jurand Tscherner didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Konstanty Lanczak went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 24th match minute, Ghipczyce SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radowit Wierzbicki to maneuver through the defense. When Leszek Psotka came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Glowken fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leszek Psotka couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Glowken getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Leszek Psotka hit a great ball. Teofil Dylla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zenon Bury, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Glowken's zone, Zenon Bury stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teofil Dylla came out of the goal and Zenon Bury tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Zenon Bury had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zenon Bury to make the kick off. Glowken's supporters crossed their fingers, but Konstanty Lanczak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zenon Bury received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Teofil Dylla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julian Bakes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofil Dylla having to interfere. Teofil Dylla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Bakes's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. After 84 played minutes Ghipczyce SA got a freekick which was hit by Radowit Wierzbicki. 85 minutes into the match, Ghipczyce SA's goal looked a bit too open when Konstanty Lanczak came free, but Jurand Tscherner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leszek Psotka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jurand Tscherner having to interfere. With his leg Jurand Tscherner managed to avoid a goal in the 91stth minute, when Glowken's Leszek Psotka fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Glowken getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Jaroslaw Malewicz hit a great ball.
