The supporters of Osie SA booed when GKS Tychy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olaf Majdoch didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 39 minutes of play, Osie SA's Tanek Arendarski made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Olaf Majdoch to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Piotr Bronkala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zdzislaw Lichorobiec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute of the match, Piotr Bronkala tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Zdzislaw Lichorobiec saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. GKS Tychy's Zdzislaw Lichorobiec proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save GKS Tychy from getting a goal against them. When Piotr Bronkala came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Osie SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Piotr Bronkala couldn't finish the play. If Tomasz Solak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
