The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teobald Lewandowski got free with Wlodzimierz Kieca in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 5 minutes into the match, Strzegonino SA's goalkeeper Wlodzimierz Kieca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teobald Lewandowski. 11 minutes into the match, Hieronim Brudnicki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tytus Pilsudski. Wojnity SA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hieronim Brudnicki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 15th match minute, Wojnity SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustaw Marciewicz to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute, Hieronim Brudnicki made a precise shot to the right of Tytus Pilsudski. Wojnity SA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The nice shot from Teobald Lewandowski in the 27thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Wlodzimierz Kieca had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Wojnity SA's Tytus Pilsudski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fryderyk Jaraczeski in the 29th minute of play. Strzegonino SA's Hieronim Brudnicki got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Antoni Maziarski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tytus Pilsudski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fryderyk Jaraczeski in the 40th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Wojnity SA's Radoslaw Gmoch got a free kick in the 41st minute. The supporters of Wojnity SA booed when Strzegonino SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobiasz Hajduk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wlodzimierz Kieca didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 47th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wlodzimierz Kieca showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 66 minutes, Fryderyk Jaraczeski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Strzegonino SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fryderyk Jaraczeski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tytus Pilsudski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hieronim Brudnicki in the 67th minute of play. Hieronim Brudnicki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Tytus Pilsudski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Strzegonino SA getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Maksymilian Bartochowski hit a great ball. After a beautiful solo achivement in the 78th minute, Antoni Maziarski easily set the score to 1-3 through a well directed shot that entered the goal by the right post. In the 85th match minute, Strzegonino SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fryderyk Jaraczeski to maneuver through the defense. If Fryderyk Jaraczeski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd match minute, Strzegonino SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucjan Koczara to maneuver through the defense. Stanislaw Lisewski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Wlodzimierz Kieca. Strzegonino SA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Strzegonino SA's Remigiusz Brataniec got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Strzegonino SA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
