The supporters of Nalepy booed when FC RÓŻA KATOWICE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kazimierz Galus didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Franciszek Wydrych got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Franciszek Wydrych in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Radomil Konopka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rafal Tarasek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Szymon Szpakowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Franciszek Wydrych received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Radomil Konopka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Antoni Slazak got free in front of the goal in the 34th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Radomil Konopka was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The supporters of FC RÓŻA KATOWICE booed when Nalepy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Maciejewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC RÓŻA KATOWICE's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cyprian Cytrynski in the 40th minute. A nice corner shot did that Cyprian Cytrynski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rafal Tarasek quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, Nalepy's Rafal Tarasek got control of the ball when Kazimierz Galus tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aureliusz Jaworski struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Radomil Konopka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nalepy. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Franciszek Wydrych to make the kick off. FC RÓŻA KATOWICE's Radomil Konopka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franciszek Wydrych in the 54th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Wlodzimierz Brak managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC RÓŻA KATOWICE's supporters rose to their feet, but Wlodzimierz Brak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafal Tarasek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Franciszek Wydrych in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Radomil Konopka saved FC RÓŻA KATOWICE from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antoni Slazak got free with Radomil Konopka in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Franciszek Wydrych sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Nalepy booed when FC RÓŻA KATOWICE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kazimierz Galus didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute, Antoni Slazak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nalepy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3.
