After some careless play in the Chroboty SSA defense, Juliusz Kiepski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lech Brudnicki. The Chroboty SSA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lech Brudnicki should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Chroboty SSA's Hieronim Andrychowski got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes into the game, Brzostownia's Arkadiusz Bobrowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lech Brudnicki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karol Mentis in the 47th minute of play forced Chroboty SSA's goalkeeper Lech Brudnicki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karol Mentis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lech Brudnicki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arkadiusz Bobrowski in the 52nd minute. Brzostownia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chroboty SSA the free kick. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Brzostownia eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
