In the 19thth minute of the game Szymon Jestrimski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC Milan's Ryszard Borcz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Emil Wallach put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Ryszard Borcz. In the 25th match minute, Ks Warta Działoszyn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franciszek Szkarpiak to maneuver through the defense. AC Milan's Radoslaw Loncki couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 26th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ks Warta Działoszyn. 30 minutes into the game, Szymon Jestrimski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Ryszard Borcz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emil Wallach went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Ryszard Borcz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szymon Jestrimski in the 38th minute of play. Witomir Augustyn kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Ryszard Borcz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Wallach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ks Warta Działoszyn's Franciszek Szkarpiak got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ryszard Borcz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Franciszek Szkarpiak's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. After the first half Ks Warta Działoszyn were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd minute, Tolek Drozdowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 54th minute Szymon Jestrimski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ryszard Borcz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th minute, Leon Cipinski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Ryszard Borcz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpected shot in the 77th minute by Emil Wallach got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Szymon Jestrimski came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Ks Warta Działoszyn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Szymon Jestrimski couldn't finish the play. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind AC Milan's goalkeeper Ryszard Borcz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
