Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tanek Kostka in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jerzy Felenak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 10 minutes, Gilbert Rzeszutek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manchester United and the Bolków SSA players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Bolków SSA booed when Manchester United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilbert Rzeszutek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gilbert Rzeszutek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jerzy Felenak came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Bolków SSA's Tanek Kostka. But to his dismay, Tanek Kostka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Maciej Kostrzewski charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maciej Kostrzewski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Manchester United's Jerzy Felenak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tanek Kostka in the 25th minute of play. Tanek Kostka struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Jerzy Felenak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bolków SSA. Teobald Giertych made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilbert Rzeszutek in the 37th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Bolków SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Gilbert Rzeszutek came free, but Teobald Giertych reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tanek Kostka made a kick off. After some careless play in the Bolków SSA defense, Maciej Rukszcz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teobald Giertych. The Bolków SSA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teobald Giertych should have stopped the shot. Maciej Rukszcz struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Teobald Giertych didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manchester United. 65 minutes into the match, Maciej Rukszcz notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Bolków SSA's Teobald Giertych. Teobald Giertych was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 69th minute, Gilbert Rzeszutek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teobald Giertych was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 72nd minute, Maciej Rukszcz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Manchester United's Jerzy Felenak got control of the ball when Jan Falkiewicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 82 minutes, Tanek Kostka managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bolków SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tanek Kostka was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Teobald Giertych made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilbert Rzeszutek in the 89th minute of play. After 93 played minutes, Manchester United's Artur Duszenski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Teobald Giertych came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Manchester United reached it. Manchester United's Gilbert Rzeszutek got his second yellow card of the match in the 95th minute. The referee ordered Gilbert Rzeszutek off the ground. In the 96th match minute, Manchester United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilbert Rzeszutek to maneuver through the defense. Manchester United's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
