Borys Weyna struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Teobald Giertych didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pieszczaniki. Zenon Jakubiak took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teobald Giertych. Teobald Giertych dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Borys Weyna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Pieszczaniki's Zenon Jakubiak in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bolków SSA's goalie prevented a goal. Pieszczaniki's Andrzej Wawro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tanek Kostka in the 35th minute of play. Jan Falkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrzej Wawro having to interfere. In the 40th minute, one of Pieszczaniki:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pieszczaniki. The goalkeeper, Andrzej Wawro, was totally fooled by Bolków SSA's Damian Zielinski, who 42 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Jan Falkiewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tanek Kostka was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Pieszczaniki's Leszek Gendolla got a free kick in the 61st minute. When Bolków SSA's Tanek Kostka in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
