When Walery Czeszyk came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the LKS Jodłownik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walery Czeszyk couldn't finish the play. Ryszard Dudkowski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Walery Czeszyk showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 25 minute of play. Sapiechów's Ryszard Dudkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walery Czeszyk in the 28th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dawid Soszka got free with Ryszard Dudkowski in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Sapiechów's zone, Walery Czeszyk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ryszard Dudkowski came out of the goal and Walery Czeszyk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Roman Czeszyk made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grzegorz Malewicki in the 55th minute of play forced Sapiechów's goalkeeper Ryszard Dudkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walery Czeszyk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Walery Czeszyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryszard Dudkowski having to interfere. 68 minutes in the game Daniel Jastrowicz got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal.
