He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Piesienica SSA reached it. After 18 minutes, Roman Rydz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Piesienica SSA and the Odra Kozanów players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Odra Kozanów booed when Piesienica SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Rydz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Piesienica SSA's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Bienienda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arkadiusz Komornicki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Zenon Jaks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zenon Jaks sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arkadiusz Komornicki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zenon Jaks's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Odra Kozanów's Marian Ziombkowski got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Arkadiusz Komornicki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Piesienica SSA. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zenon Jaks in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arkadiusz Komornicki saved Odra Kozanów from getting behind. The supporters of Odra Kozanów booed when Piesienica SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateusz Kazimierz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marian Ziombkowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Marian Jarmulowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Odra Kozanów's Arkadiusz Komornicki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Odra Kozanów from getting a goal against them. Piesienica SSA's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
