The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Strumienno SA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Myczakówek the free kick. In the 5th match minute, Strumienno SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zdzislaw Plech to maneuver through the defense. Beniamin Mazurkiewicz hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ludomir Kaczucha during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Strumienno SA getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Ludomir Kaczucha hit a great ball. Aleksander Raszkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juliusz Szotek having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Myczakówek's zone, Dariusz Siwek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juliusz Szotek came out of the goal and Dariusz Siwek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 27 minutes into the match, Strumienno SA's goalkeeper Rafal Sidorowicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Beniamin Mazurkiewicz. If Dariusz Siwek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute, Beniamin Snaza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juliusz Szotek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dariusz Siwek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Dariusz Siwek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Juliusz Szotek came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Strumienno SA's Aleksander Raszkiewicz. But to his dismay, Aleksander Raszkiewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ludomil Niemoj to make the kick off. Aleksander Raszkiewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Juliusz Szotek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aleksander Raszkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juliusz Szotek having to interfere. When Aleksander Raszkiewicz came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Strumienno SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aleksander Raszkiewicz couldn't finish the play. After 63 minutes, Beniamin Mazurkiewicz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Myczakówek and the Strumienno SA players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Aleksander Raszkiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the match, Dariusz Siwek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Juliusz Szotek. Myczakówek's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dariusz Siwek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2.
