Spectators: 5050 (Terracing: 3400, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 0) Szczytna's Edward Drab started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Roman Czapski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Korneliusz Skwira having to interfere. In the 5th minute, Stanislaw Brytka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jedrzej Dabrowski came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Szczytna's Miroslaw Cupial. But to his dismay, Miroslaw Cupial quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Szalone Kapcie's goalkeeper Jedrzej Dabrowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miroslaw Cupial. Miroslaw Cupial might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jedrzej Dabrowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Miroslaw Cupial ran back to his position shaking his head. Szczytna's Korneliusz Skwira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Czapski in the 17th minute of play. After 21 minutes, Wincent Zabrzeski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Szczytna and the Szalone Kapcie players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Szczytna getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Wincent Zabrzeski hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute of the match Norbert Tarka shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Korneliusz Skwira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Szalone Kapcie's Roman Czapski in 23 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Korneliusz Skwira guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Miroslaw Cupial received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Jedrzej Dabrowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jedrzej Dabrowski was a little too slow when Edward Drab got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 2-0. Miroslaw Cupial kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 31stth minute. Though ot was a great shot Szalone Kapcie's keeper Jedrzej Dabrowski was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. During the 32nd minute of the match Wincent Zabrzeski completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Wincent Zabrzeski a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 33rd minute, Wincent Zabrzeski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The attack was good, but when Roman Czapski in the 38th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Korneliusz Skwira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karol Huk in the 40th minute of play. Karol Huk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Korneliusz Skwira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roman Czapski was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Szczytna's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Czapski came free, but Korneliusz Skwira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roman Czapski might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Korneliusz Skwira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Roman Czapski ran back to his position shaking his head. Korneliusz Skwira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Czapski, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Miroslaw Cupial struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Jedrzej Dabrowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Szczytna. 74 minutes into the match, Szczytna's Miroslaw Cupial sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jedrzej Dabrowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Korneliusz Skwira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Czapski in the 77th minute of the match. When Roman Czapski got free in front of the goal in the 81st minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Korneliusz Skwira was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Karol Huk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute Miroslaw Cupial shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jedrzej Dabrowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edward Drab kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Norbert Tarka took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Korneliusz Skwira. Szczytna's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Korneliusz Skwira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Czapski in the 95th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, Szczytna could leave the field as winners, despite Szalone Kapcie having more of the ball for most of the match.
