Mariusz Zapolski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Radomir Jazwiec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6th minute, Adam Majorski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 7th minute Mikolaj Treppa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Piotr Okropny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Mikolaj Treppa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Piotr Okropny was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. In the 10th minute, Mariusz Zapolski made a precise shot to the right of Radomir Jazwiec. Ruciany SSA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 13 minutes of play, Targówka's Piotr Budzynski made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Radomir Jazwiec was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 16 played minutes Ruciany SSA got a freekick which was hit by Leonard Kazimierz. Radomir Jazwiec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piotr Budzynski in the 21st minute of the match. If Piotr Budzynski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Piotr Budzynski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radomir Jazwiec having to interfere. After having played for 39 minutes, Mariusz Zapolski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Targówka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariusz Zapolski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 41 minutes into the match, Targówka's Piotr Budzynski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Radomir Jazwiec narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ruciany SSA's goalkeeper Radomir Jazwiec, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Targówka's Tobiasz Dziurowicz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Radomir Jazwiec in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Radomir Jazwiec made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Mariusz Zapolski sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Ruciany SSA defense, Mariusz Zapolski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radomir Jazwiec. The Ruciany SSA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radomir Jazwiec should have stopped the shot. Borys Naujasodis hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Mariusz Zapolski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Radomir Jazwiec when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Mariusz Zapolski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Targówka's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariusz Zapolski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Radomir Jazwiec breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Mariusz Zapolski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Ruciany SSA booed when Targówka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiktor Borowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Ruciany SSA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mariusz Zapolski fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 88 minutes into the match, Ruciany SSA's goalkeeper Radomir Jazwiec had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariusz Zapolski. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Piotr Budzynski put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Radomir Jazwiec. After 94 minutes of play, Targówka's Mariusz Zapolski made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Radomir Jazwiec was left in no man's land by his defense there! Targówka's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
