Spectators: 6667 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gustaw Czermak started the match with the kick off. 9 minutes into the game, Bytomianka Bytom's Daniel Milko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Michal Siekierka made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryszard Furgal in the 13th minute of play forced WOOL FC's goalkeeper Michal Siekierka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Milko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Michal Siekierka read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in WOOL FC's zone, Ryszard Furgal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michal Siekierka came out of the goal and Ryszard Furgal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Milko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michal Siekierka having to interfere. Michal Siekierka made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Daniel Milko sent off a good shot on target. 36 minutes into the game, Hieronim Plachetka was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. WOOL FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bytomianka Bytom the free kick. In the 36th minute, Hieronim Plachetka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute, Bytomianka Bytom's Ryszard Furgal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Michal Siekierka. Michal Siekierka yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustaw Czermak in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcin Dzerwucki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ryszard Furgal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When WOOL FC's Gustaw Czermak in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bytomianka Bytom's goalie prevented a goal. With an all-out effort, WOOL FC's Marcin Dzerwucki threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gustaw Czermak, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 65 played minutes WOOL FC got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Gdaniec. Ryszard Furgal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Michal Siekierka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustaw Czermak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcin Dzerwucki having to interfere. WOOL FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
