Aleksander Zawadzki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leszek Juroszek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jurand Betonowy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. eMZetoholicy's Artur Awizo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Sochacki in the 10th minute of play. Artur Awizo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Sochacki in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Zula Buda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Dubilas in the 17th minute of play forced eMZetoholicy's goalkeeper Artur Awizo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute, Daniel Sochacki made a precise shot to the right of Artur Awizo. eMZetoholicy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Widzew Czestochowa's Alfred Dubilas got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mateusz Arnista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Widzew Czestochowa booed when eMZetoholicy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jedrzej Lichucki didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 31 minutes, Roman Gizynski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the eMZetoholicy and the Widzew Czestochowa players grew even worse after the yellow card. Iwan Oryniak struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Artur Awizo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Widzew Czestochowa. Zula Buda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aleksander Zawadzki having to interfere. Janusz Brytan kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, eMZetoholicy's Jurand Betonowy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aleksander Zawadzki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zula Buda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jurand Betonowy was the one to do the kick off. Aleksander Zawadzki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jurand Betonowy in the 55th minute of the match. In the 55th match minute, Widzew Czestochowa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zachary Jenkot to maneuver through the defense. Aleksander Zawadzki came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by eMZetoholicy's Jurand Betonowy. But to his dismay, Jurand Betonowy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Jurand Betonowy hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. With a little luck, eMZetoholicy's Artur Awizo got control of the ball when Alfred Dubilas tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zula Buda in the 67th minute of play forced Widzew Czestochowa's goalkeeper Aleksander Zawadzki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, eMZetoholicy's Leszek Juroszek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aleksander Zawadzki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leszek Juroszek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aleksander Zawadzki having to interfere. When Jurand Betonowy came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the eMZetoholicy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jurand Betonowy couldn't finish the play. Aleksander Zawadzki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jurand Betonowy's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Sochacki kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Artur Awizo. That made the score 1-2 in the 80 minute of play. In the 89th minute, Roman Gizynski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aleksander Zawadzki was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
