With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucjan Konopka in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leszek Majczyk saved Legia Warşova from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Radomir Cuber in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leszek Majczyk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teofil Bielejewski got free with Miroslaw Glaza in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucjan Konopka in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leszek Majczyk saved Legia Warşova from getting behind. 19 minutes into the match, Lucjan Konopka had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leszek Majczyk. Legia Warşova's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucjan Konopka was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Lucjan Konopka put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Leszek Majczyk. The Riverpoor F.C fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Riverpoor F.C's Lucjan Konopka looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 34th minute, Radomir Cuber made a precise shot to the right of Leszek Majczyk. Legia Warşova's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. 37 minutes into the game, Lucjan Konopka cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Leszek Majczyk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Legia Warşova's zone, Lucjan Konopka stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leszek Majczyk came out of the goal and Lucjan Konopka tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd minute Leszek Kondysar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leszek Majczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Riverpoor F.C getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Lucjan Konopka hit a great ball. The Legia Warşova players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Riverpoor F.C were winning 0-6.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lucjan Konopka to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Riverpoor F.C booed when Legia Warşova was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Izydor Kissel didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Lucjan Konopka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 66 in the game by Radomir Cuber from a close distance when the talented Leszek Majczyk managed to make a qualified save. Legia Warşova's players were relieved. With splendid footwork Radomir Cuber arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-7 by the left pole in the game's 66th minute. When the match had been going on for 72 minutes, Riverpoor F.C's Lucjan Konopka got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Leszek Majczyk. After 76 minutes, Lucjan Konopka made it 0-9 with a short kick to the right side. Legia Warşova's Leszek Majczyk tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Leszek Majczyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomir Cuber, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Riverpoor F.C's Radomir Cuber nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leszek Majczyk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. Leszek Majczyk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucjan Konopka went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-12 was the resulting score. In the 92nd minute, Lucjan Konopka made a precise shot to the right of Leszek Majczyk. Legia Warşova's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-13. Lucjan Konopka who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 97thth minute tested the skills of Leszek Majczyk when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpected shot in the 98th minute by Lucjan Konopka got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When the final whistle sounded Riverpoor F.C left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Legia Warşova.
