Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marcin Fudalej started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, KS Śląsk Katowice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogumil Borkowski to maneuver through the defense. Beniamin Koprowski charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Beniamin Koprowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Beniamin Koprowski kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robert Juchno in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zdzislaw Bartocha saved Gozdawa from getting behind. Marcin Fudalej struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Wieslaw Chodzinski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gozdawa. In the 31stth minute of the game Robert Juchno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gozdawa's Zdzislaw Bartocha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Bogumil Borkowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zdzislaw Bartocha. Gozdawa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bogumil Borkowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Pawel Kornaszewski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Wieslaw Chodzinski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Bartosz Huk fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gozdawa's protests and gave Bartosz Huk a yellow card for diving instead. Bartosz Huk hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. If Robert Juchno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
Tomasz Malicki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zdzislaw Bartocha having to interfere. In the 56thth minute of the game Robert Juchno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gozdawa's Zdzislaw Bartocha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcin Fudalej scored 2-2 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wieslaw Chodzinski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zdzislaw Bartocha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Juchno, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Tomasz Malicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gozdawa's Bartosz Huk got his second yellow card of the match in the 88th minute. The referee ordered Bartosz Huk off the ground. A collision led to Gozdawa getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Bartosz Huk hit a great ball. Tomasz Malicki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zdzislaw Bartocha having to interfere. After 96 minutes, Bartlomiej Huratiak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gozdawa and the KS Śląsk Katowice players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Gozdawa fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. KS Śląsk Katowice were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
