In the 3rd minute, Tanek Brzeszczak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tanek Brzeszczak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfred Porajewski having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Kanina SA's Walery Smolarek dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Walery Smolarek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Franciszek Skonieczny having to make a save. 26 minutes into the match, FC Kleinteichwald's goal looked a bit too open when Remigiusz Borucki came free, but Franciszek Skonieczny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Remigiusz Borucki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Franciszek Skonieczny having to make a save. Walery Smolarek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franciszek Skonieczny having to interfere. In the 42nd minute Ryszard Niedziela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfred Porajewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Walery Smolarek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in FC Kleinteichwald's zone, Walery Smolarek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Franciszek Skonieczny came out of the goal and Walery Smolarek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Remigiusz Borucki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the match, Walery Smolarek notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of FC Kleinteichwald's Franciszek Skonieczny. Franciszek Skonieczny was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 70 minutes, Walery Smolarek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kanina SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Walery Smolarek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Remigiusz Borucki in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Franciszek Skonieczny prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigiusz Borucki in the 75th minute of play forced FC Kleinteichwald's goalkeeper Franciszek Skonieczny to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walery Smolarek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Franciszek Skonieczny tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, one of FC Kleinteichwald:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Kleinteichwald. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Kleinteichwald's goalkeeper Franciszek Skonieczny, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Walery Smolarek took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Franciszek Skonieczny. Franciszek Skonieczny dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. There was no doubt that Kanina SA were the better team. Kanina SA's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
