Rossy's Zdzislaw Rosen got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zdzislaw Rosen to strike the kick off in the second half. Korneliusz Bronder took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wladyslaw Klucznik. Wladyslaw Klucznik dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After having played for 55 minutes, Olaf Mikulski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zielkowice SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olaf Mikulski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zdzislaw Rosen might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wladyslaw Klucznik. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zdzislaw Rosen ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice moves Korneliusz Bronder could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Wladyslaw Klucznik however easily saved by the left post. Wladyslaw Klucznik had in the 88thth minute some difficulties stopping Czeslaw Pierz's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Korneliusz Bronder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wladyslaw Klucznik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zdzislaw Rosen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 99 minutes into the match, Zielkowice SSA's goalkeeper Wladyslaw Klucznik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Korneliusz Bronder.
