Eugeniusz Podowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wiktor Spychalski in the 3rd minute of the match. Wiktor Spychalski might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eugeniusz Podowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wiktor Spychalski ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 9th minute Stanislaw Dropinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikolaj Kornaszewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wiktor Spychalski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Eugeniusz Podowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wiktor Spychalski in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugeniusz Podowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gwidon Boruta in the 21st minute of play forced Siemonia SSA's goalkeeper Eugeniusz Podowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfred Setara hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Wiktor Spychalski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugeniusz Podowski having to interfere. Tolek Jaruzelski hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. 36 minutes into the match, Zielonken's Wiktor Spychalski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eugeniusz Podowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Tolek Jaruzelski came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Siemonia SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tolek Jaruzelski couldn't finish the play. Mikolaj Kornaszewski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfred Setara went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Eugeniusz Podowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiktor Spychalski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Gwidon Boruta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Eugeniusz Podowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stanislaw Dropinski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikolaj Kornaszewski having to interfere. Siemonia SSA's Boguslaw Skikiewicz pulled a muscle in his back after 58 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Jacek Tychy fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zielonken's protests and gave Jacek Tychy a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th minute, Jacek Tychy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfred Setara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Mikolaj Kornaszewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tolek Jaruzelski during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gwidon Boruta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugeniusz Podowski having to interfere. If Gwidon Boruta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Siemonia SSA's Eugeniusz Podowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Siemonia SSA from getting a goal against them. After having played for 93 minutes, Alfred Setara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Siemonia SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfred Setara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 95th minute Alfred Setara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikolaj Kornaszewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
