The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Radomir Marciewicz in the 4thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Remigiusz Szpakowski during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Avalanche's zone, Arkadiusz Praski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tanek Kicia came out of the goal and Arkadiusz Praski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 16 minutes into the match, Sebastian Wodaszak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tanek Kicia. Avalanche's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastian Wodaszak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 19th minute of the match Borys Kornaszewski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kryspin Literski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Arkadiusz Praski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, Avalanche's goal looked a bit too open when Arkadiusz Praski came free, but Tanek Kicia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Konstanty Olszewski was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 27th minute. Avalanche's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 31stth minute of the game Arkadiusz Praski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Avalanche's Tanek Kicia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arkadiusz Praski in the 37th minute of play forced Avalanche's goalkeeper Tanek Kicia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Konstanty Olszewski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arkadiusz Praski was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Avalanche's Jakub Fikus got a free kick in the 84th minute. Tanek Kicia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arkadiusz Praski's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Tanek Kicia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastian Wodaszak in the 87th minute. The supporters of Avalanche booed when Brudzin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Pawlik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zbyszko Nienajadlo didn't quite understand what happened when in the 95 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. The Avalanche supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Brudzin's performance. The match ended with a win for Brudzin.
