After a defensive mix-up in Jankowo's zone, Ulryk Pankiewicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bogdan Malewicki came out of the goal and Ulryk Pankiewicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gladiators's Lucjan Bator got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Lukasz Sitko took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Arkadiusz Filipowski to make any attempt to save it. Ulryk Pankiewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bogdan Malewicki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulryk Pankiewicz in the 36th minute of the match. Janusz Skirzynski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bogdan Malewicki having to interfere. When Gladiators's Ulryk Pankiewicz in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Jankowo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. If Ulryk Pankiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute.
