Pawel Modliszewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patryk Drozdowski in the 14th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, FC Kuny's goal looked a bit too open when Patryk Drozdowski came free, but Pawel Modliszewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on FC Kuny's corner Leonard Borczak fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ryszard Olejniczak quite easily take care of the ball. After 36 played minutes KS BAYERN got a freekick which was hit by Leon Wierzbicki. In the 39th match minute, KS BAYERN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrzej Walentowicz to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zula Sebzda to make the kick off.
