Spectators: 6787 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1687, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marian Wasikowski started the match with the kick off. The referee felt a red card was in order, 4 minutes into the game, when Szczepan Wykowski put in a rough tackle. In the 5th minute, Szczepan Wykowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Filip Dzierwa from long distance, 6 minutes into the match, got Florian Piekarczyk's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. A collision led to Ajax Tychy getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Andrzej Pochorylo hit a great ball. Filip Dzierwa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Florian Piekarczyk. Ajax Tychy's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Zygmunt Gerlach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureliusz Poreda having to interfere. Florian Piekarczyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marian Wasikowski in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute of the match, Julian Plaski got a very nice opportunity to score, but Florian Piekarczyk was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 35th minute Roch Wisniewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aureliusz Poreda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florian Piekarczyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marian Wasikowski in the 39th minute of the match. Leszek Gardocki hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Remigiusz Kinic sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zygmunt Gerlach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureliusz Poreda having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Remigiusz Kinic ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aureliusz Poreda was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zygmunt Gerlach stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Florian Piekarczyk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Witalis Kalemba went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. If Zygmunt Gerlach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Remigiusz Kinic came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Ajax Tychy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Remigiusz Kinic couldn't finish the play. Ajax Tychy's Remigiusz Kinic got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Florian Piekarczyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marian Wasikowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Zygmunt Gerlach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Aureliusz Poreda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zygmunt Gerlach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureliusz Poreda having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Ajax Tychy's Zygmunt Gerlach sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aureliusz Poreda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 76th minute, Zygmunt Gerlach got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leszek Gardocki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Aureliusz Poreda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aureliusz Poreda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zygmunt Gerlach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ajax Tychy played a much better game than ŁKS Browarki Łomża and deserved their victory. The ŁKS Browarki Łomża players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
