If Gustaw Szkarpiak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tanek Lukasik came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Sulejken SA's Gustaw Szkarpiak. But to his dismay, Gustaw Szkarpiak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Tanek Lukasik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaw Szkarpiak, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Borys Imbor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cezary Mudry having to interfere. Eugeniusz Balonek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zbigniew Czech kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Gustaw Szkarpiak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Tanek Lukasik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

In the 91st minute, Waldemar Gniech reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tanek Lukasik. The goal made the score 3-3. After having played for 96 minutes, Eugeniusz Balonek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sulejken SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugeniusz Balonek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
