Straduny SSA's Cezary Bielatowicz got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Korsze SSA's Emil Burufski got a free kick in the 17th minute. Radowit Kaczynski, 18 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Zbyszek Dytrych was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 22nd minute. Korsze SSA's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 28th minute, Zbyszek Dytrych got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andrzej Puzio was the one to do the kick off. Tomasz Puchlik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrzej Puzio in the 57th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Cezary Bielatowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Straduny SSA's supporters rose to their feet, but Cezary Bielatowicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomasz Puchlik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbyszek Dytrych in the 64th minute of play forced Straduny SSA's goalkeeper Aureliusz Cichewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Straduny SSA had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
