Ignacy Oryl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wincent Mentis in the 39th minute of play. Ignacy Oryl made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Maksymilian Plachetka sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Pawelczyk in the 45th minute of play forced Włókniarz Częstochowa's goalkeeper Radoslaw Burowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wincent Mentis was the one to do the kick off. Radoslaw Burowski came out of the goal and Emil Pawelczyk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 79 minutes, Radoslaw Burowski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Emil Pawelczyk received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Radoslaw Burowski came out and tried to block the shot, but Emil Pawelczyk slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 81st minute. Radoslaw Burowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Pawelczyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute.
