An unexpectedly hard shot by Iwo Kostka in the 7th minute of play forced Marusy's goalkeeper Radoslaw Tobaczewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute Iwo Kostka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radoslaw Tobaczewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Leon Odachowski fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TSP 1957's protests and gave Leon Odachowski a yellow card for diving instead. If Zbyszek Olszewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radoslaw Tobaczewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szymon Wawro in the 18th minute of play. Szymon Wawro scored 0-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Radoslaw Tobaczewski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Radoslaw Tobaczewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mieszko Nikodemski in the 28th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Marusy's zone, Szymon Wawro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radoslaw Tobaczewski came out of the goal and Szymon Wawro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 0-2 became the score in the 31st minute when Szymon Wawro elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With a little luck, TSP 1957's Ksawery Burowski got control of the ball when Zbyszek Olszewski tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Fabian Olchawa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. TSP 1957's Szymon Wawro got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Szymon Wawro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Radoslaw Tobaczewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Fabian Olchawa made the kick off in the second half. When Mieszko Nikodemski came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the TSP 1957 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mieszko Nikodemski couldn't finish the play. 54 minutes into the match, Marusy's goal looked a bit too open when Piotr Koczara came free, but Radoslaw Tobaczewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Radoslaw Tobaczewski didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when TSP 1957's Leon Odachowski shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. When Iwo Kostka came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the TSP 1957 fans jumped to their feet.
