Edmund Drebit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomasz Pryputnicki to strike the kick off in the second half. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 52nd minute, but Konstanty Filipkowski got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Gurówko SA hanging dry this time. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damian Gizynski in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sylwester Dembkowski saved FC GDAŃSK from getting behind. A hard shot 73 in the game by Edmund Drebit from a close distance when the talented Konstanty Filipkowski managed to make a qualified save. Gurówko SA's players were relieved. Edmund Drebit recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as FC GDAŃSK's Andrzej Soroka slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Konstanty Filipkowski. That made the score 1-1 after 78 minutes of play. FC GDAŃSK's Edmund Drebit got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edmund Drebit could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Konstanty Filipkowski made a huge save. The supporters of FC GDAŃSK booed when Gurówko SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Filipkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC GDAŃSK's Andrzej Soroka managed to work through Gurówko SA's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Andrzej Soroka dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. FC GDAŃSK were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
