The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Eugeniusz Mockiewicz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julian Bilicki. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Stanislaw Zacharczyk charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stanislaw Zacharczyk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Young Wolves fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 9th minute. Penalty! Zachariasz Ciborek placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! 13 minutes into the match, Young Wolves's goal looked a bit too open when Jurand Zuraw came free, but Michal Filipkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jurand Zuraw in the 15th minute of play forced Young Wolves's goalkeeper Michal Filipkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radomir Gabis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michal Filipkowski having to interfere. Michal Filipkowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jurand Zuraw's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Michal Filipkowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Radomir Gabis went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 25 played minutes Stojkowo got a freekick which was hit by Radomir Gabis. Radomir Gabis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Michal Filipkowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. When Stojkowo's Radomir Gabis in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Young Wolves's goalie prevented a goal. Julian Bilicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucjan Januszewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jurand Zuraw received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Michal Filipkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Radomir Gabis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Michal Filipkowski was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Michal Filipkowski came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Stojkowo's Jurand Zuraw. But to his dismay, Jurand Zuraw quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After the first half Stojkowo were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Jurand Zuraw received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Michal Filipkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Radomir Gabis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Michal Filipkowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Eugeniusz Mockiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Young Wolves's Lucjan Januszewski in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Stojkowo's goalie prevented a goal. After 76 played minutes Stojkowo got a freekick which was hit by Michal Raszek. Stanislaw Zacharczyk succeeded in the game's 79th minute to get real power on a long shot . Stojkowo's Julian Bilicki hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 2-2! An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugeniusz Mockiewicz in the 83rd minute of play forced Stojkowo's goalkeeper Julian Bilicki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Young Wolves's Michal Filipkowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Young Wolves from getting a goal against them. Jurand Zuraw struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Michal Filipkowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stojkowo. Radomir Gabis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michal Filipkowski having to interfere. After having played for 97 minutes, Radomir Gabis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stojkowo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radomir Gabis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tadeusz Gecionis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michal Filipkowski having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Stojkowo players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
